I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and am licensed as a Heilpraktiker for Psychotherapy. For over 16 years, I have supported people in navigating challenging life situations – during transitions, times of stress, or while seeking greater balance and self-confidence. My professional path has led me from crisis counselling and health psychology to obesity therapy and consulting on psychological well-being in organizations. Today, I focus entirely on individual work. Living in Portugal and in an international marriage allows me to deeply understand the experiences of expats and people working remotely.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy forms the foundation of my work. Combined with systemic perspectives and solution-focused short-term therapy, I provide individualized and practical support. Stress & Burnout: Many clients seek support for stress management and recovery, drawing on my clinical experience and coaching/seminar work in organizations. ADHD Assessment & Structured Therapy: Assessment follows current gold standards of the field, followed by structured, evidence-based therapy approaches for adults.

My professional journey began with a Diploma in Education, which led to work in the educational field. Building on this, I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology alongside my professional career.
