I define myself as a psychologist by vocation, after a journey of personal discovery that now gives deep meaning to my work.
I’ve always felt a strong drive to connect with, support, and stand up for others. Making friends came naturally to me, and I truly enjoyed interacting with people of all ages. At first, I channeled that interest into studying Law, but over time I realized something didn’t quite fit. I decided to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what genuinely inspired me: Psychology. It was a subject that had excited me back in high school, and one that a teacher had encouraged me to pursue, saying: “I see potential in you.”
Starting over—with greater awareness and intention—felt like rediscovering an essential part of myself. It reignited my passion for learning and studying. I was genuinely happy during that time, and to this day, I am deeply grateful for the opportunities and personal and professional growth that this profession continues to offer me.
This path, together with my ongoing training, has given me extensive experience in helping people work through various personal and work-related challenges.
From the perspective of recognized psychological models, the act of naming the experience is the essential first step. It's like shining a light into a dark room: it allows you to begin to see what's really there so you can understand it and change or accept it.
I firmly believe that there is no greater learning than learning to learn about yourself. That's why I place special importance on dialogue, reflective questions, and the answers that emerge in this relaxed and trusting space. It's not about receiving the same solutions as others, but rather those that are made for you. It's about embarking together on a process to:
Disassemble and fragment this problem that today seems immense and intractable.
Explore it little by little, analyzing its observable components (behaviors, recurring thoughts) and exploring its possible roots (underlying patterns, personal narratives).
Gradually understand it, building a new understanding of yourself and your circumstances.
Throughout this journey, I will act as your guide, offering you guidelines, practical tools, and perspectives based on scientific evidence and clinical experience. I will accompany you with closeness and professionalism.
