Nicolás Pérez

Hi! I'm Nicolás, a psychologist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a diploma in Transpersonal Therapies, which I integrated during my time in Melbourne, Australia. I provide a relational psychoanalytic approach, with the option to incorporate these techniques if you prefer.

I am Chilean, currently living in the Dominican Republic. I enjoy travelling, dancing, feeling, cooking, the sea, talking, listening, and thinking together. Active listening has always been a passion of mine, understanding that we are all different, and marveling at the personal world of each individual I encounter.

I firmly believe that we all need and deserve someone who listens and accepts us just as we are. I am convinced that the path to healing is about being connected with our honesty, no matter how difficult, painful, or unfamiliar that journey may be. The key is to gradually find the words to name what hurts, intrigues, shames, enchants, we don't understand, or we desire, etc.
