About me

I help adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in painful emotional patterns better understand their inner experiences and build healthier ways of coping.

Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, emotional overload, panic attacks, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, or the lasting impact of stressful and traumatic experiences. Sometimes, these emotional struggles can also manifest physically through tension, exhaustion, or somatic symptoms.

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I offer a compassionate, evidence-based, and supportive space where we can explore these patterns together, strengthen emotional regulation, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on helping clients feel emotionally safe, understood, and more connected to themselves.
