I was born and raised in Athens, where I completed my studies in Psychology. In 2022, I moved to the Netherlands to further specialize in Clinical Psychology. Through my education, I gained expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Sexuality. Since 2023, I have been training in the Systemic Psychotherapy Model.
As a professional living abroad, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by expat communities. I have been working therapeutically, offering online sessions to Greek and English-speaking clients. My approach emphasizes creating an open, equal therapeutic relationship where clients feel free to express any thought, emotion, or concern. My experience includes managing various personal and interpersonal challenges, such as anxiety, depression, abuse, domestic violence, and panic attacks. Furthermore, I have helped people through significant life transitions such as immigration, break-ups, and work-related changes.
