I am a Greek-licensed Psychologist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology. Since 2023, I have been providing psychotherapy to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family issues, and everyday life challenges.
As an expat for the past four years, I have personally experienced the emotional and psychological impact of relocation, which allows me to empathize with individuals adjusting to life transitions abroad. My clinical experience with older adults and their families has increased my understanding of family systems, intergenerational patterns, and resilience. Moreover, through volunteering in the Netherlands, I offer psychological support to young people (12–25 years old), influencing my systemic perspective across different life stages.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples and family therapy. In couples therapy, I support partners in improving communication, navigating conflict, and understanding recurring relational patterns. In family therapy, the focus expands to the family system, exploring roles, boundaries, and dynamics that influence each other.
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with systemic psychotherapy. By addressing unhelpful thought patterns while also examining the relational systems (family, work, partnerships) surrounding the individual, couple, or family, the goal is to foster healthier interactions, emotional awareness, and sustainable change.
