’ve been providing therapy for more than 15 years with an approach that is relatable, humanistic, psychodynamic and socially engaged.
I aim to create spaces where trauma and adversity can be explored, and overcome. As an art therapist, imagination and creativity are a central part of my work and help my clients open up new ways of thinking and discover opportunities to move forward in their lives.
My approach is gently psychodynamic, and informed by sociopolitical issues and trauma-informed care.
