I am Jessica, a Warranted Gestalt Psychotherapist and Counselling Psychology Practitioner, but also a wife, a mummy to a beautiful baby girl, a lover of nature, and someone who finds deep joy in creativity and in life’s small, meaningful moments.
With over nine years of experience across hospitals, NGOs, and private practice, I have had the privilege of accompanying people through some of their most vulnerable chapters, including illness, grief, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
My background includes a Master of Psychology in Counselling Psychology and a Master’s in Gestalt Psychotherapy, and my work is deeply rooted in a person-centred, relational approach.
What truly guides my work, however, is a passion for walking alongside people as they reconnect with themselves.
Outside the therapy room, you will often find me in nature, with my family, exploring new hobbies, or soaking in the simple magic of everyday life.
My approach is grounded in Gestalt Psychotherapy, with a strong emphasis on awareness, presence, and the therapeutic relationship. Alongside this, my training in Counselling Psychology informs a holistic understanding of each individual within their broader life context, integrating emotional, cognitive, and relational perspectives.
I believe that our experiences live not only in our thoughts, but also in our bodies, in our breath, posture, and sensations. In our work together, I gently integrate body awareness, grounding, and mindfulness, supporting you to deepen your understanding of yourself and your experiences.
I also love working creatively. Sometimes words are not enough, and that is where imagery, metaphor, movement, drawing, and other expressive tools can open new doors to insight, self-compassion, and healing. Therapy, for me, is a space where curiosity, creativity, and kindness meet.
My approach also considers the impact of early experiences and “inner child” work, supporting clients in understanding how past relationships and emotional patterns may shape their present difficulties.
Overall, at the heart of what I provide is a space where curiosity, compassion, and authenticity can unfold. I firmly believe that therapy is not about “fixing,” but about creating space to explore, make meaning, and move towards greater wholeness.
