I am British born, living and working in Singapore. My clients come from a wonderful variety of different backgrounds and are of very different ages. I have worked in multi-national organizations throughout my career, and after providing mentorship and guidance to colleagues in dealing with work related stress., made the move into Counselling.
I have Welsh and Greek parents and as a child lived in the UK, Greece, France and United Arab Emirates as a child, fully understand the opportunities and challenges of expat life. I have lived in Singapore for over 12 years and, with a Singaporean husband, I love both the local and expat communities. I volunteer with NGO agencies in Singapore, supporting clients presenting various issues such as childhood trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, stress and borderline personality disorder.

My professional health training includes therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I am passionate about supporting her clients though behavioural change through a safe, holistic approach, teaching and sharing skills on how to move to their desired future.
