If you’ve tried to figure yourself out but keep ending up in the same place , that’s exactly where I come in.
I have over six years of professional experience working as a psychologist and psychotherapist, supporting individuals across a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Throughout my practice, I have worked with clients dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, adjustment difficulties, relationship patterns, self-esteem issues, and emotional regulation. I have experience working both in individual therapeutic settings and in structured programs, including workshops and group work focused on mental health, stress management, and personal development. Over the years, I have developed a strong ability to quickly identify patterns, understand complex emotional dynamics, and adapt my approach to each individual. My experience allows me to balance depth with practicality, helping clients not only understand themselves, but also apply that understanding in their everyday lives.
My approach to therapy is structured, collaborative, and focused on real, lasting change not just temporary relief.
I work integratively, combining evidence-based approaches with a strong focus on patterns, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. Rather than only focusing on symptoms, I help clients understand the underlying mechanisms behind their thoughts, reactions, and relationship dynamics.
In our work together, we pay close attention to patterns, especially the ones that repeat. The way you respond under stress, the way you relate to others, the way you think about yourself. These patterns are not random. They are learned, and once understood, they can be changed.
I create a space that is both supportive and honest. You will feel heard and understood, but also gently challenged. I don’t believe in passive therapy. I actively reflect, ask precise questions, and help you connect the dots between your experiences, emotions, and behavior.
A key part of my approach is helping you develop awareness in real time noticing your reactions as they happen, not only after. This allows therapy to move from insight into actual change in everyday life.
My goal is not to give you ready-made answers, but to help you build a clearer internal understanding of yourself, so you can respond differently, more consciously, and with greater flexibility.
