During my education as a psychologist, I have trained in clinical environment and did my internships in psychiatries, hospitals, and rehab centres. Following my interests, I continued working with adults with substance use disorders, OCD and other disorders on one hand, and on the other with people who experienced trauma and difficult times. I also work with people who are dedicated to personal growth, self-development and self-improvement.
I believe that each person is unique and tailor my approach based on one's need, goals and interests.
I have completed Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy training, Motivational Interviewing and I am currently studying Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy. I continue my Masters degrees in Clinical Psychology.
As a therapist, I firmly believe that every person is unique and deserves to be truly heard. Each person's story, experiences, and challenges are distinct, which is why I place great emphasis on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and valued. I prioritize active listening, ensuring that my clients' voices are at the center of the therapeutic process, allowing them to express themselves fully and without reservation.
In my approach, I reject the notion of a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, I tailor my therapeutic interventions to suit the specific needs, circumstances, and goals of each client. By integrating various therapeutic techniques and drawing from my background in psychology and hypnotherapy, I aim to provide personalized support that fosters growth, healing, and lasting change. My goal is to guide individuals on their journey towards self-awareness and empowerment, while respecting their unique paths.
