In my approach, I seek to balance psychology and spirituality, body and soul, inner and outer experience. I work with the understanding that healing happens when we create space for the whole human experience - in its complexity, tenderness, and wisdom.
I primarily use Compassionate Inquiry, a trauma-informed approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. It invites us to explore, with conscious presence and compassion, what arises in the moment - uncovering the deeper connections between beliefs, emotions, and bodily sensations. With curiosity and care, we integrate what has been repressed, bringing the unconscious into awareness so that your authentic Self can emerge freely.
I also incorporate practices such as meditation, breathwork, somatic awareness, presence, internal family system and intuitive exploration. I see the client as the leader of their own process — and my role is to hold a grounded, attuned space as we navigate it together. Our work centres on deepening your relationship with yourself, meeting your needs with compassion, and developing inner resources that support lasting transformation.
