My approach is grounded in the present moment, while staying aware of how the past and your current context shape your patterns. Together, we’ll build awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and bodily signals so you can make clearer choices, shift unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with yourself.
In our sessions, we may explore unconscious limiting beliefs or unrealistic self-concepts, while also paying attention to your body’s sensations, as they often provide valuable insights into your emotional and mental state. We’ll focus on what is within your control and your personal responsibility.

Approach
I try to stay flexible and apply integrative approach depending on your unique needs and situation. In between sessions, I may encourage practices or individually crafted reflexions or excersisies such as journaling, meditation or reading. These are meant to support your progress and deepen the insights gained in our work together.
