I am a certified Jungian psychotherapist and clinical psychologist with a private practice since 2013. My therapeutic approach is grounded in analytical psychology and psychological anthropology, focusing on individual psychotherapy that explores unconscious processes, symbolic expression, and personal transformation. I work with adults facing emotional challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and issues of identity and meaning.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. I earned a PhD in Psychological Anthropology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, where my research focused on traditional healing practices. My academic work bridges modern psychotherapy with cultural and symbolic dimensions of healing.
My previous practical experience includes work with supporting children at risk and provided crisis intervention. I have also worked with premature children foundation, offering individual and group emotional support to parents, and with “Teach for Bulgaria” as a policy advisor for child protection. These roles have enriched my understanding of trauma, early development, and systemic support for vulnerable populations.
I completed my Jungian training with the Bulgarian Society for Analytical Psychology “C. G. Jung,” where I am an active member. I have contributed to the development of Jungian psychology in Bulgaria through seminars, research, published articles and editorial work. In 2018, I was recognized by the Society for my academic contributions to analytical psychology. Currently I specialize in router training program of the International Association of Analytical Psychology.
My work combines a deep respect for the symbolic inner world with a culturally informed therapeutic perspective, aiming to support individuals on their journey toward wholeness, authenticity, and meaning.
I practice a depth-oriented, Jungian approach to psychotherapy with adults. I work with clients by exploring their unconscious dynamics, symbolic expressions (such as dreams, personal myths, and inner images), and the personal and cultural narratives shaping their identity. My style is reflective, supportive, and attuned to the individual’s inner world.
My work is grounded in the principle of individuation—a process of becoming more fully oneself—through which clients gain insight, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of meaning. I emphasize the therapeutic relationship as a co-creative space where transformation unfolds over time.
I integrates psychological anthropology into my work, helping clients understand how cultural and familial patterns influence their psyche. I also have experience supporting clients in crisis, trauma recovery, and major life transitions.
