I’m a Clinical Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology and over 15 years of experience across Australia, the Middle East, China, and online. I originally trained as a psychologist and after working within a more medicalized model, I chose to focus on psychotherapy in order to engage more fully in the relational process of therapy and support clients through their lived emotional experiences rather than diagnosis alone. This foundation continues to inform my work today. My current registration with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) additionally allows me to see clients across the globe, regardless of where I am based.
A multicultural third culture kid myself, I specialize in working with expats, third-culture individuals, and globally mobile clients navigating anxiety, identity shifts, relationship stress, and the emotional impact of constant transition. Having grown up between cultures, I understand the internal disconnection and loss of footing that can come with frequent change. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed or stuck and describe our work together as grounding, clarifying, and empowering. My goal is to help people reconnect with themselves, feel more emotionally equipped, and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.
