From a young age, I’ve been deeply interested in topics related to the human soul and human behaviour. I remember that when I was around 12, I constantly wondered why my parents, the people around me and even I myself, feel a certain way. Back then, I promised myself that when I grew up, I would want to understand more about human relationships.
Today, I believe that healing lies in genuine connection between people, in deep bonding and a sense of belonging. Art and dance have been my tools for coping and self-expression, and I hope I can share their healing power with you as well.
I’m here to be by your side in your most intimate and vulnerable moments; to support this process of self-discovery and connection; and to explore together what may be holding you back from becoming the best version of yourself.
I work in a holistic, whole-person way- combining talk therapy with body-based and creative methods to meet each client where they are. In practice, this means we might slow down to notice sensations and breath, map emotions in the body, and use movement or mindful exercises alongside conversation. These experiential tools help regulate the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and translate insight into everyday life.
Sessions are warm, collaborative, and paced to your needs. We set clear intentions together, review what’s working, and adjust as your goals evolve. For accessibility, I meet in Sofia and online for those who prefer or require remote work.
I see adults one-to-one and also work with children and teens, couples, and families. With parents and children, I offer practical, playful practices that strengthen connection and make it easier to bring therapy “home.” I also facilitate group experiences and movement-based sessions when appropriate.
Focus areas include: stress and burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and reconnecting with creativity and vitality. Above all, my aim is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can listen deeply to yourself, strengthen the bonds that matter, and move toward a life that feels authentic and alive.
