I'm a certified Jungian Psychoanalyst trained at the C.G. Jung Institute and ISAP in Zürich, with a private praxis in Stockholm, Sweden and online.
I worked for many years in the corporate world as a consultant specializing in lobbying and communications. One day I discovered that I had lost contact with my inner life. An important part of what had been me was absent, and I missed it. This happened in my mid thirties, certainly a classic age to encounter the middle passage in life, and many fundamental beliefs, values, family ties and personal relations were tried and examined.
For me it was this process that inspired me to do inner work. The process led me to Zürich where I trained to become a Jungian Psychoanalyst. Since 2007 I have been active both as a private Jungian practitioner and as an executive coach in the corporate world.
My clients rarely work with me because they need comforting or confirmation. Their impulse to start inner work might indeed come from suffering loss or separation, illness or existential dread. However, it is the need to pursue individuation, transformative personal development towards self-knowledge, better relationships and a greater sense of meaning that makes it worth while in the end.
I primarily work with the classic tools of Jungian Psychoanalysis - dreamwork, creative expression and association, with touches of ISTDP - Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, Transactional Analysis and Jungian Coaching.
