I am a German-Norwegian psychologist with clinical training and work experience from Norway. Having lived between cultures has made me especially sensitive to questions of identity, belonging, and life transitions.
In my personal life, movement and body awareness are important to me. I enjoy activities such as dancing, yoga, and meditation, which have also shaped my appreciation for the connection between mind and body.
For several years, I worked at a psychiatric outpatient clinic, supporting people with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, burnout, relational difficulties, and identity-related processes.
My approach is rooted in psychodynamic thinking and integrates elements of affect consciousness and mindfulness. I also have experience working with couples and groups, and I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves and their relationships.
