I’m a clinical psychologist from Germany and grew up in Germany, China, the Philippines, and Austria. This international upbringing has shaped me into an open-minded and empathetic person who values different perspectives and understands how culture can influence not only identity, but also the way we relate to mental health, family, and personal challenges. I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and have since been working in psycho-oncology at a large hospital in Stuttgart. In my work, I support individuals going through acute physical and mental health crises, as well as those who are caring for or close to someone affected. I’m particularly sensitive to the complexities that can come with multicultural backgrounds, family dynamics, and the experience of being an expat or immigrant. I know from personal experience how disorienting, isolating, or enriching those transitions can be, and I offer both professional guidance and practical support for those navigating them. As of October 2025, I have begun formal psychotherapy training in behavioral therapy. I’m committed to ongoing learning and to providing a compassionate, respectful space where people from all walks of life can feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. Come join my safe space!
