As a clinical psychologist with certified training in Psycho-Oncology, I work with people going through intense mental or physical health challenges. I offer a space where you feel supported, and not alone. Welcome!
I’m a clinical psychologist from Germany and grew up in Germany, China, the Philippines, and Austria. This international upbringing has shaped me into an open-minded and empathetic person who values different perspectives and understands how culture can influence not only identity, but also the way we relate to mental health, family, and personal challenges. I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and worked as a psycho-oncologist at a large hospital in Stuttgart for 3 years. Since April 2026, I have been working as a psychotherapist in training on a closed ward in an acute psychiatric unit. In my online counseling work, I support individuals going through acute physical and mental health crises, as well as those who are caring for or close to someone affected. I’m particularly sensitive to the complexities that can come with multicultural backgrounds, family dynamics, and the experience of being an expat or immigrant. I know from personal experience how disorienting, isolating, or enriching those transitions can be, and I offer both professional guidance and practical support for those navigating them. As of October 2025, I have begun formal psychotherapy training in behavioral therapy. I’m committed to ongoing learning and to providing a compassionate, respectful space where people from all walks of life can feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. Come join my safe space!
My therapeutic style is client-centered, calm, and flexible. I believe that every person is unique, and I adapt my approach to meet the individual needs of each client. Creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere is important to me—I aim to work eye-to-eye with my clients, offering support that feels both professional and human. While I bring structure and psychological expertise to our sessions, I also value authenticity, openness, and even humor where it fits. I believe that healing happens best in a space where clients feel truly seen and understood, without judgment. Whether you're in crisis or seeking long-term support, I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you at your own pace.

After obtaining my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, I worked in psycho-oncology at a hospital for 3 years. I supported patients and their loved ones as they navigated cancer and other acute health crises—from initial diagnosis through treatment, recovery, or end-of-life care, including palliative support. My work also extended to accompanying and supporting family members after a loss, helping them process grief and navigate the mourning process.
