My approach is client-centred, collaborative, and informed by evidence-based psychological knowledge. In my work I integrate practical strategies that support self-reflection, emotional awareness, and personal development, including mindfulness practices, self-compassion, and techniques that help strengthen emotional resilience in everyday life.
I aim to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space in which clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Together we reflect on personal goals, identify meaningful directions for change, and develop practical strategies that can be integrated into daily life. My style is both structured and flexible, adapting to each person’s individual situation and pace.
In my work I often support individuals who would like to better understand stress, emotional challenges, self-worth, life transitions, or questions related to work–life balance. Coaching can help develop greater self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and find new perspectives for dealing with everyday challenges.
I also explore how earlier life experiences and relationship patterns may influence current thoughts, emotions, and behavioural tendencies, supporting clients in gaining insight into these connections and developing new ways of responding to them.
My intercultural perspective allows me to work with sensitivity toward different values, identities, and life experiences. Sessions can take place online and are guided by curiosity, respect, and a collaborative process that supports reflection, personal growth, and sustainable change.
