About me

As a psychologist with a particular interest in cognitive-behavioral therapy, neuropsychology, and clinical psychiatry, I am looking for a professional environment where solid psychological practice meets genuine human connection. I am also active on social media and regularly publish psychoeducational content on TikTok and Instagram, aiming to make psychological knowledge accessible, practical, and inspiring for a wider audience. In my work, I most often support people struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, stress-related difficulties, burnout, low self-esteem, and challenges in relationships. I also help clients manage emotional eating, cope with life transitions, and develop healthier ways of dealing with negative thoughts and emotions. My approach is based on evidence-based methods such as CBT, mindfulness techniques, and elements of third-wave therapies, which I adapt individually to each client’s needs and goals. My professional experience includes clinical practice in hospice and palliative care, psychotherapy offices, and delivering corporate workshops on stress management, resilience, and effective communication. These diverse settings have strengthened my ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and help them not only gain insight into their difficulties but also develop practical skills to create lasting positive change. Please note: as a psychotherapist in training, I do not provide formal psychotherapy or official diagnoses. However, I offer a supportive space for self-exploration, helping you connect with different parts of yourself, your self-talk, and beliefs, and how they shape your relationships.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and Commitment TherapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
DBT: Dialectical Behavior Therapy Recommended for those who want to learn skills to manage intense emotions and improve their relationships, especially if they feel easily overwhelmed.
My therapeutic style is structured, collaborative, and empathetic. I believe in creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and supported, while also being encouraged to take active steps toward change. Drawing primarily on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I integrate mindfulness-based strategies, third-wave approaches, and elements of neuropsychology to address both the emotional and practical aspects of a client’s challenges. From the very beginning, I work together with clients to define clear goals and identify the patterns that maintain their difficulties. Sessions are focused on building insight, developing effective coping strategies, and practicing skills that can be applied in everyday life. I combine evidence-based techniques such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and stress management tools with compassion and cultural sensitivity, ensuring that interventions are relevant to each person’s unique background. Whether we are addressing anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, or stress-related concerns, my aim is to help clients feel more empowered, resilient, and confident in navigating life’s challenges. I view therapy as a partnership in which we combine professional expertise and the client’s own strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.
