About me
I am a US state-licensed clinical counselor and work as community mental health counselor for eight years in the state of Illinois in Chicago. I conducted community-based service in counseling, crisis intervention, symptom management, case management, and assisted clients with independent living skill-building. Since COVID, I moved part of my practice online remotely and found it beneficial to many of my clients.
For the past few years, I worked in private practice settings and outpatient clinics. My other specialty is in brain health consultation as I am certified by BCIA in US and is working as Neurofeedback practitioner in the past 4 years in Taiwan. Currently my work is crossover between US, Taiwan and Europe, I enjoy meeting clients from all over the world.
My main focus is on individual therapy and see individuals only, I currently don't do couple therapy, however inquiry with messages is welcome, I will make referral to the appropriate practitioner if needed.

Through our session, we are going to discover more about yourself, your thoughts and feelings that drive your behavior and decision. We can all get stuck sometimes, so my other specialty is motivational therapy which can help you to discover what is it that holds you back from making an important life decision to reach your potential.
My goal is to provide a safe space for you to talk about anything that you are struggling with, and to accompany you on this journey to discover your authentic self to get rid of internal strain and anxiety.
