About me

I’m a Ukrainian-speaking integrative psychotherapist with more than 12 years of clinical experience. My approach is grounded in schema therapy, trauma-informed care, and body-based techniques. I specialize in working with adults experiencing emotional burnout, complex trauma (CPTSD), dissociation, and strong inner criticism. I also work extensively with personality disorders — including borderline, avoidant, obsessive-compulsive, and others treated effectively within schema therapy.

In addition to trauma work, I have a strong background in perinatal psychology. I support women and families through the psychological challenges of pregnancy, birth, early parenthood, and identity shifts in motherhood. I also work with therapists, highly sensitive individuals, and those navigating emotional intensity while holding demanding caregiving or professional roles.

I am a member of several international psychological associations and currently completing my PhD in psychology. I’m in the final stage of accreditation as a schema therapist within the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy). Originally from Ukraine, I now live in Spain and work online, offering sessions exclusively in Ukrainian for clients across Europe and beyond.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
Schema therapyRecommended for those who want to break out of negative patterns or "schemas" that they developed early in life and keep repeating.

My approach is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed. I combine schema therapy, parts work, and body-based methods to help clients reconnect with themselves in a safe and structured way.

Together we explore the roots of your emotional patterns — including unmet childhood needs, survival roles, and self-critical beliefs. I work slowly and respectfully, helping you feel safe enough to stay with difficult feelings like shame, anger, grief, or vulnerability. We give space to all your inner parts — especially those that carry pain, protection, or fear.

Sessions are grounded in emotional presence, nervous system awareness, and therapeutic attunement. You don’t need to perform or explain everything perfectly. You can show up as you are — even if that means silent, frozen, or angry — and we’ll meet that part with compassion.
