I help you cope with your struggles related to anxiety, self-esteem, and relationships. Together, we will uncover your inner resources and find new ways to tackle life's challenges.
I am a certified Gestalt therapist. In my work, I emphasize careful and deep exploration of clients' internal processes. I continually improve my knowledge and skills through regular supervision, personal therapy, and attending supervisory groups and conferences. My approach is methodical and detail-oriented, which allows me to be a steady, supportive, and precise therapist, helping clients achieve meaningful changes and find inner support.
I have been living abroad for a year now, which has helped me better understand those facing challenging life circumstances. During this time, I’ve come to appreciate the importance of having inner strength and support when everything around you is changing. I have a partner and two cats whose presence always brings warmth and joy. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, discovering new places and meeting new people, as well as dedicating time to self-improvement.

I work within the Gestalt approach, which focuses on building trusting, equal relationships. In our work together, I don’t give ready-made advice because no one knows what’s right for you better than you do. Instead, I help you understand yourself better, find your own answers, and live the life you truly want.
During our sessions, we will talk about what is happening with you here and now, how you experience your emotions, and how you interact with the world around you.
Therapy is a space where you can safely explore yourself, receive support, and move towards changes that will make your life fuller and more harmonious.
I started my private practice in 2021 and currently see around 15 clients per week.
