I work within the Gestalt approach, which focuses on building trusting, equal relationships. In our work together, I don’t give ready-made advice because no one knows what’s right for you better than you do. Instead, I help you understand yourself better, find your own answers, and live the life you truly want.
During our sessions, we will talk about what is happening with you here and now, how you experience your emotions, and how you interact with the world around you.
