Hello, I integrate psychodynamic, trauma and body oriented therapy approaches because I like to work holistically with mind body. I suppose to make changes happen in our life it's important to understand, feel emotions and body as whole.
So I work with the body and head at the same time, connecting analytics and body, mind and heart. At my sessions we will integrate therapeutic dialogue and tools for experiencing emotions.
