My work is support for people in going through life crises, experiencing grief, loss, difficulties in relationships, understanding themselves and their feelings. I’ll help you find comfortable ways to build your life
I grew up in Belarus and since I was 13 I wanted to help people as a psychologist. I have a lot of experience in emigration and I know from my own experience how difficult the process of adaptation in a new country can be. I am married now, but I have experience single life and I know a lot about it. My values in life and work: sincerity, tolerance for difference, freedom, responsibility, relationships with people.
In my work I use the Gestalt approach. In means that in sessions I pay a lot of attention to the client's feelings and his individual experience and what is happening here and now. In the gestalt approach the client is the subject and takes an active position in the therapy process. Another important principle is awareness. You will develop it during therapy, which will help you notice and meet your needs, make your life more comfortable and clearer.
