As a Psychologist & Gestalt therapist, I offer a safe space for adults & adolescents. From personal growth to complex anxiety and eating disorders, we will work together to build your resilience and clarity.
My path to becoming a psychologist was deeply personal. Like many people, my journey began during my teenage years when I navigated my own struggles with depression and a profound sense of loneliness. Experiencing the transformative power of therapy firsthand gave me my life's purpose. Because I have walked through that darkness myself, I know exactly how isolating mental health struggles can feel. Today, it is my greatest privilege to be the grounded and supportive presence for my clients that I once needed. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy, which allows me to bring both scientific understanding and existential depth to our sessions. Currently in my advanced clinical training as a Gestalt Practitioner under continuous professional supervision, I provide a highly ethical, safe, and confidential environment for adolescents and adults. I believe in authentic and warm human connection rather than maintaining a sterile clinical distance. You will not find judgment here, only a safe space to unfold. While I am trained to work with a wide spectrum of clinical challenges like panic attacks, health anxiety, and eating disorders, I place a major focus on the everyday emotional hurdles that weigh us down the most. I frequently help clients process unexpressed anger, overcome burnout, and navigate complex relationship dynamics. Whether you are struggling to set healthy boundaries with family members, resolving conflicts with a romantic partner, or feeling disconnected from friends, we will work through it together. Whatever you bring to the session, my goal is to help you move from feeling stuck to living a life with clarity and emotional freedom.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you are carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, or a sense of being stuck. My approach is built on one fundamental belief: you are not broken and you do not need to be fixed. Instead, you need a safe, professional, and non-judgmental space to untangle your thoughts, process your emotions, and rediscover your inner strength. I view therapy as a profound collaborative partnership. I do not sit behind a desk as a silent and detached expert. I am an active, warm, and deeply engaged presence in our sessions. We are equals on this journey. You are the true expert of your own life, and my role is to walk beside you while providing the clinical tools and compassionate guidance needed to help you reclaim your narrative. My foundational framework is Relational Gestalt Therapy. This means we focus intensely on the here and now, exploring how your past experiences are actively shaping your present reality, relationships, and self-worth. By bringing awareness to your current bodily sensations and emotional responses, we can break free from unhelpful patterns. Because every individual's mind works differently, I flexibly integrate several highly effective and evidence-based techniques to support your unique healing process. We will use Mindfulness practices to help you anchor yourself in the present moment, which is incredibly powerful for calming the nervous system and regaining control during panic attacks. I also incorporate Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques to identify and rewire the negative, self-sabotaging thought loops that keep you feeling stuck. Furthermore, I use Guided Imagery and visualization as a gentle yet profoundly effective way to bypass logical defense mechanisms. Through this method, we can safely explore subconscious feelings and process deep-rooted emotional blockages without the need to endlessly analyze painful memories. My ultimate goal is to empower you to build a tailored toolkit that helps you cope with today's challenges and thrive tomorrow.
