I grew up in a countryside area, surrounded by open landscapes and a close-knit community. For the past 20 years, I have been living in Tel Aviv, a vibrant and diverse city that has shaped much of my personal and professional journey. People have always fascinated me, and from a young age I was drawn to understanding human emotions, relationships, and the deeper meaning behind our choices. This curiosity led me to explore psychology, philosophy, and the social sciences.
I earned my BA in Psychology and continued to an MA in Social Work, combining academic knowledge with hands-on experience. Alongside my studies, I pursued art and traveled the world, experiences that broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for human diversity and resilience.
Over the past decade, I have trained and worked in mental health clinics, including specialized work with the LGBTQ+ community, and for the past eight years I have been part of a private institute specializing in anxiety disorders and OCD. In my private practice, I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, anger, OCD, and more life challenges. My integrative approach blends psychodynamic therapy with CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and EMDR, creating a tailored process for each individual. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, where both therapist and client bring their expertise to create meaningful change.
