Are you getting through the day, feeling stuck and no longer truly happy? Together, we'll find a way forward that feels realistic and manageable.
Hi, I'm Nadine.
From personal experience, I know what it's feels like to simply get through each day while feeling like you've lost all joy in life. To feel trapped between expectations, responsibilities and obligations, unable to see a way forward. To want to leave everything behind, while knowing that, for many different reasons, you simply can't.
Many of my clients tell themselves: "I'm not doing that badly. Other people need help much more than I do. I'm still somehow managing."
But you don't have to wait until your body and mind are completely exhausted before reaching out for support. You deserve help before everything falls apart.
Through my years of working in healthcare and growing up in an unhealthy family environment, I know the patterns and systems that can keep us stuck in chronic survival mode. As a psychological counsellor, I help you find a healthier way forward—one that is realistic, manageable and fits your life. Because life is too short to spend it merely getting through the day.
My work combines an evidence-informed approach with genuine empathy. It is trauma-informed, strengths-based and practical. My work is also informed by trauma-sensitive support, nervous system regulation and Polyvagal Theory.
I support people who feel that they can't keep living the way they have been. Whether you don't yet know what your next chapter should look like, or you already know what you want to change but struggle to take the first step alone.
You don't have to be "struggling enough" to deserve support. To me, lasting change doesn't come from pressure or pushing yourself harder. It grows through clarity, safety and small, manageable steps.
Our work together isn't about fixing you or helping you adapt even more to circumstances that no longer fit who you are. Instead, we'll explore what's on your mind, what's keeping you stuck, and what your next step could look like. At your own pace, without pressure, in a safe and supportive space.
