I am a Canadian Expat working as a registered Art Therapist and Psychologist in the Netherlands. I have additional training and experience working with trauma and I specialize in working with neurodivergent folx (mainly ADHD). I am allied with the LGBTQIA2S+ community and work from a sex-positive lens.
I enjoy authenticity, creativity and the pursuit of knowledge. On any given day you might find me reading a book about philosophy or psychology, leading an art workshop, or enjoying nature in her many forms.
I am passionate about Jungian psychology and enjoy working with symbols and images both in the office and outside of the office. In addition to this work, and studying Jung, I engage in my own practice of recording and studying dreams.
I have additional interests in philosophy, somatic work, and neuroscience.

Some of my patients enjoy creating art, some like to explore dreamwork, and some would prefer to discuss what is going on for them in a more structured conversational way. Regardless of what you are struggling with I will always try to show up for you with compassion and open-mindedness.
I always book a no-cost consultation before working with a new patient. This allows us both to discuss how we might work together and get a feel for whether the fit is right. If we decided to work together I like to start with a structured intake to understand your history and what sorts of experiences you have been through. From there we will book regular sessions at intervals that work for your budget and for your healing/growth process.
Couples and Relationship Work:
