About me
I'm a professional psychologist with a MSc degree in clinical psychology. I used to live in Russia and the UK. Since long time I live in the Netherlands. I have a vast experience of working with expat community. A former expat myself, I comprehend what people are going through when moving in and trying to settle in a new country.
I have extensive experience working with couples, who request to:
- improve communication;
- gain trust and comprehension;
- go through a divorce;
- rediscovery of pleasure of sex;
- improve sex life;
- engage in a joint raising of children after separation;
- survive betrayal or deception;
- moderate separation;
- feel safe and open in a marriage.
In individual sessions I have a lot of successful cases in treatment of:
-depression;
-anxiety/health anxiety;
-panic attacks;
-OCD;
-lack of self-esteem and self-confidence;
-anger issues.
I truly believe that people can be the most powerful source for themselves...but sometimes they need support to discover their ability and motivation.
I suggest 3 options for the first meeting:
* 15 minutes free intake;
* 30 minutes for the half of the price;
* 60 minutes as a normal session for the full price.
I suggest packages:
*6-sessions package for low-sex or sexless couples for 500 euro;
*3-sessions mini course for group of people (three and more) who struggle with anxiety for 150 euro.

In my sessions, I give a lot of knowledge that will help to cope with any life situations. I guide clients so that they notice the options available to them and feel confident in making decisions. With support and understanding, I help to find a way to get through all the difficulties that my clients face. But the most important thing is to increase self-awareness in order to avoid unnecessary difficulties and use all personal qualities to achieve goals.
In my work I use various techniques. For individual cases, I prefer to use CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy).
For couples, in most cases I use EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. And, of course, being a professional psychologist, I can apply many other tools and approaches. From the first session, learning more about you, I will make my recommendation on the approach to be used.

I have a certificate of successful completion Course "Attachment-Based Interventions for Couples in Crisis".
I have a certificate of successful completion Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1: “Bridging the Couple Chasm”.
