I work with a warm, attentive, and grounded style. I’m naturally curious about how people make sense of their experiences, and I pay close attention to patterns that shape emotions, relationships, and ways of coping.
I’m a psychologist with a master’s degree from Leiden University. My training there shaped my analytical depth, clinical precision, and high standards for my work. I’ve always been determined and disciplined. My commitment is consistent, disciplined, and results-oriented.
Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in the international digital media industry, gaining cross-cultural and professional experience across several countries. That experience gave me practical insight into responsibility, performance pressure, decision-making, and the realities of adult life.
Having lived in Romania, Germany, Ireland, and the Netherlands, I’ve experienced firsthand how environment shapes identity, self-perception, and coping. I work well with people navigating transitions, cultural shifts, or questions of belonging.
In my work, I focus on helping people understand how their experiences have shaped the way they relate to themselves and others. I combine warmth with structure, creating a space where clients can feel safe, seen, and grounded while developing more conscious, effective ways of coping and connecting.
I take a holistic view, exploring how thoughts, emotions, physical wellbeing, and relationships interact. My work is guided by evidence-based approaches including CBT and ACT for emotional flexibility and meaning-making, and EFT and the Gottman Method in couples work. Each process is thoughtfully adapted to the person or couple in front of me.
