As a native Greek living in the Netherlands, I know firsthand what it’s like to adjust to new environments and cultures. These experiences have shaped my empathy, openness, and cultural sensitivity, which I bring into my work with clients. Outside of therapy, I love traveling, practicing yoga, socializing, and discovering new things; they keep me grounded, curious, and inspired. I support people dealing with burnout, depression, anxiety, self-confidence issues, relationship challenges, and attachment difficulties. My aim is to help you find balance, strengthen your well-being, and build more meaningful connections in your life.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, empathetic, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I combine evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, to help clients explore patterns, understand their challenges, and develop practical strategies for change. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their own growth.
I work in an outpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy clinic, providing individual therapy. Through this work, I have developed experience supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and helping them navigate a range of psychological challenges. I regularly participate in supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure the care I provide is aligned with the best practices. In addition to this, I am self-employed, offering therapy to clients with varying needs and supporting them in achieving their personal goals.
I hold an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Leiden University, and a BSc in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I have completed my training course in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the European Institute of Counselling & Psychotherapy and am currently continuing my professional development with Schema Therapy training at Van Genderen Opleidingen BV. Additionally, I completed an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, following the method of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, to strengthen skills in stress management and mindfulness practice.
