As a native Greek living in the Netherlands, I know firsthand what it’s like to adjust to new environments and cultures. These experiences have shaped my empathy, openness, and cultural sensitivity, which I bring into my work with clients.
Outside of therapy, I love traveling, practicing yoga, socializing, and discovering new things; they keep me grounded, curious, and inspired. I support people dealing with burnout, depression, anxiety, self-confidence issues, relationship challenges, and attachment difficulties. My aim is to help you find balance, strengthen your well-being, and build more meaningful connections in your life.
