I’m Linda, an English and Estonian-speaking psychologist based in The Hague. I help expats and internationals to understand their emotional and behavioural patterns, process past experiences, and develop healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges.
I first moved from Estonia to the Netherlands as a student, and today, I am raising my family here. Having experienced both stages of life, I truly understand how overwhelming it can be to build a life in a new country. I know firsthand what it's like to deal with the adjustment and loneliness of student life and the challenges of parenting without a family support network nearby
I believe that all human beings have more perseverance and strength than we often think. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing my clients rediscover their inner resilience and self-compassion to navigate the hardships in their lives.
My practice is located in The Hague (Zeestraat 100) and we can also meet Online regardless of your location. You can contact me on here or via email at linda@outlandpsy.com For more information, please visit my website outlandpsy.com.
My approach is reflective, insight-oriented, and tailored to your unique cultural background and values. Together, we’ll create a transparent space to uncover unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways to navigate your life.
By exploring how attachment and past experiences shape your present, I use evidence-based therapies, including Schema Therapy, EMDR, and CBT to help you process and manage Trauma & Disturbing Memories, Anxiety & Depression, Relationship Issues, Stress & Burnout, ADHD, The Emotional Impact of Relocation. I believe in the interconnectedness of mental and physical health. Hence, I am passionate about understanding and nurturing fundamental pillars such as sleep, nutrition, physical well-being and human connection.
