I’m a seasoned psychotherapist offering deep, transformative work online—tailored for those ready to heal, grow, and connect with their authentic self.
I’m a psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through deep emotional healing and personal transformation. My work is centered on creating a safe, attuned, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner world, reconnect with themselves, and begin to live more consciously and freely. I specialize in working with those who are ready for meaningful, long-term change and are willing to dive beneath the surface to understand what truly drives their patterns, pain, and potential.
My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, and I continue to engage in ongoing training to deepen and refine my therapeutic approach. I’ve worked with clients from all over the world and from diverse walks of life, always maintaining a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person’s journey.
I currently work exclusively online, offering psychotherapy in English and Greek. My sessions are particularly suited for individuals seeking a space for depth, truth, and transformation—those who are not just looking for symptom relief, but for real insight and lasting change.
I am a native speaker of both English and Greek, which allows for work to flow freely without barriers in these two languages. If you want to work with me but you don’t feel too confident in neither English or Greek, it may not be a problem since I understand and speak also French and German though not fluently.
I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
My therapeutic style is relational, grounded, and centered around creating a space where real change can unfold. I work from a humanistic framework and use an integrative approach tailored to the needs of each client. This includes elements of family systemic therapy and cognitive-behavioral techniques, always held within a deeply empathic and respectful relationship. I aim to help each person gain insight into the deeper layers of their experiences and move toward lasting transformation.
I don’t believe in rigid protocols or quick fixes. Instead, I meet each client exactly where they are and support them in exploring the emotional, relational, and psychological patterns that shape their inner and outer worlds. Whether the work focuses on anxiety, trauma, identity, relationships, or existential questions, my goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves in an honest and compassionate way.
I place great value on authenticity, trust, and emotional safety within the therapeutic relationship. I also offer gentle but honest feedback and reflection, helping clients recognize blind spots and unhelpful cycles—always at a pace that feels manageable and empowering.
Sessions with me are suited for people who are ready to do deep work, who are curious about their inner lives, and who want more than symptom relief—they want real understanding, healing, and movement toward living in alignment with their true self.
