I am a psychologist based in Thessaloniki, Greece, with experience in psychosocial support, sexual health, and harm reduction. Over the past years, I have worked closely with individuals and communities affected by stigma — including people living with HIV, sex workers, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people who use substances. Throughout these years, I have received in-depth training in sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and have worked extensively on prevention and sexual health promotion. Prevention has always been our main tool- providing clear, stigma-free information about transmission routes, protection, the importance of testing, and available treatments. I also place great emphasis on breaking the stigma surrounding sexuality and STIs, creating safe spaces for people to talk, learn and feel respected. I have been trained to support people whose sexual behavior intersects with substance use, helping them to reduce risk and build healthier habits, both for themselves and their partners. This work takes place both individually and in group settings, through counseling sessions, open discussions and awareness workshops focused on sexual health, consent and emotional well-being.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in systemic thinking, which helps us see how our relationships and social context shape the way we feel and behave. I offer a warm, inclusive space where people can explore intimacy, self-image, and emotional connection, while developing awareness and resilience. Whether we are discussing relationships, sexual health, or personal challenges, I aim to support each person in finding clarity, confidence, and a sense of empowerment in their own journey. . I use active listening, empathy and education as the foundation of my practice, believing that accurate information, personal responsibility and social awareness are the key to empowerment.
