I am a psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s complex emotions and transitions. I work with clients to explore challenges in relationships, self-understanding, and personal growth with empathy
I grew up in Greece, spent my formative years in Australia, and lived in the UK for eight years. Experiencing multiple cultures has shaped my understanding of identity, relationships, and the diverse ways people navigate life’s challenges.
I earned my BSc in Psychology from the University of Bradford and a Master’s in Applied Forensic Psychology from the University of York. I am a trained cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist and counselor, with over six years of professional experience. I spent three years working with refugees and migrants and have spent the past three years in private practice, supporting clients with anxiety, panic attacks, psychological abuse, relationship challenges, life transitions, personal growth, and female empowerment.
Alongside my clinical work, I have a background in Film Studies (BA) and a second Master’s in Screenwritng for TV and Film (MA). This creative training has deepened my understanding of human stories and the ways people make meaning in their lives. I strive to create a reflective, compassionate, and empowering space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and discover practical ways to grow, heal, and move forward.
My therapeutic style is structured yet flexible, grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy while always adapting to the individual needs, pace, and experiences of each client. I believe therapy works best when it is both reflective and practical, helping you understand patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior while also developing tools you can use in everyday life.
I work collaboratively, viewing therapy as a shared process rather than a one-way conversation. Together, we explore what feels difficult or overwhelming, identify unhelpful cycles, and gently challenge beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. I place strong emphasis on emotional safety, clear communication, and building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you can speak openly without fear of judgment.
I am particularly mindful of how anxiety, panic, relational dynamics, and psychological abuse can impact self-confidence and decision-making. My work focuses on strengthening self-awareness, emotional regulation, boundaries, and communication skills, empowering clients to reconnect with their strengths and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
