Hi! My name is Dilara. I have a background in clinical neuropsychology and experience working with adults facing a variety of psychological and neuropsychological challenges. I create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel truly heard and supported.
In my work, I have helped individuals navigate stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem issues, and cognitive difficulties. I combine evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and dynamic psychotherapy, along with compassion-focused therapy. I also take an eclectic approach, tailoring methods to each person's unique needs and goals.
