My work is deeply shaped by my lived experience as a Palestinian with roots in the Arab world, and my connection to the Western world where I have lived and thrived. This blend allows me to hold space for complex identities, layered grief, intergenerational wounds, belonging, and the emotional impact of lived realities that many people carry quietly.
My practice is rooted in an anti-oppressive and collective approach. Healing, for me, is not only individual but also relational. It happens in connection, in safety, and in spaces where your story is met with dignity, cultural humility, and compassion.
