Empathetic psychologist supporting adults through life transitions, stress, and emotional challenges—using an integrative approach to create a safe, compassionate space for self-understanding, healing, and growth.
I’m a licensed psychologist supporting adults through life transitions, emotional stress, anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, and personal growth. My work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique experience, creating a safe and supportive space for reflection and change.
I believe therapy is a collaborative and transformative process where deeper self-awareness and meaningful change emerge through trust and genuine connection. Using an integrative approach, I incorporate techniques such as mindfulness and hypnotherapy to help clients regulate emotions, explore underlying patterns, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with themselves in a more balanced and compassionate way. Each session is thoughtfully adapted to your individual needs, goals, and personal pace.
My clinical experience includes private practice and diverse mental health settings, allowing me to support a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I draw from different therapeutic approaches to help clients gain clarity, process emotions, and develop a greater sense of stability, confidence, and wellbeing.
Therapy is a collaborative and transformative process where insight, emotional awareness, and lasting change emerge through trust and genuine connection. Using an integrative approach, I incorporate techniques such as mindfulness, active listening, and hypnotherapy to support each person in developing greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and inner resilience. Every session is thoughtfully adapted to your individual needs, goals, and pace — wherever you are in your journey.
HYPNOTHERAPY is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help access deeper emotional patterns, beliefs, and internal resources in a safe and conscious state. It can support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and behavioural change by working with both conscious and unconscious processes. Hypnotherapy may be especially helpful for anxiety, stress, and emotional blocks; fears, habits, and sleep difficulties; as well as confidence building and personal development. It is always integrated thoughtfully within the therapeutic process and adapted to each person’s needs and comfort level.
