If life feels overwhelming, confusing, or emotionally exhausting, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a grounded, supportive space where we can gently explore what’s happening inside you and find steadier ground
Gestalt Psychotherapist | Trauma, Life Transitions & Relationships Languages: English • Russian • Lithuanian Location: Trondheim, Norway
I am a multilingual Gestalt psychotherapist working with people who find themselves at a turning point — after loss, crisis, relationship rupture, or a longer period of feeling disconnected from themselves. My work is for those who want more than coping strategies, and are ready to look more deeply at what is happening inside.
Originally from Vilnius, Lithuania, and now based in Trondheim, I bring both personal and professional experience of transition, identity change, and rebuilding a sense of inner ground when familiar structures fall away.
In therapy, we work with what is alive in the present moment — emotions, bodily sensations, impulses, and relational patterns. Through this process, clients often begin to recognise long-standing adaptations, trauma responses, and ways of relating that once protected them but now limit their freedom. I support clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the capacity to make choices that are more aligned with who they truly are.
I am trained at the Vilnius Gestalt Institute (EAGT-accredited) and have been working in private practice since 2022. Since 2024, I have also been supporting clients through the Ukrainian Association in Trondheim.
My approach is relational, body-oriented, and awareness-based. I offer a grounded, attentive space where difficult experiences can be met with honesty and care, and where real, lasting change becomes possible — not by fixing yourself, but by coming into deeper contact with yourself.
My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy and focuses on what is happening here and now — in your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships. I believe that meaningful change begins with awareness: noticing how you experience yourself and the world in the present moment.
I work in a relational and collaborative way, seeing therapy as a shared exploration rather than a place for advice or ready-made solutions. Together, we explore patterns, emotional responses, and ways of relating that may have developed as adaptations to past experiences and current challenges.
In my practice, I often work with clients who identify as neurodivergent, including those with ADHD traits, as well as people dealing with trauma-related themes, emotional overwhelm, or periods of crisis and transition. I pay close attention to pacing, safety, and nervous system regulation, creating space where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself.
My approach is body-oriented, compassionate, and gently challenging when appropriate. I aim to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner experience, strengthen self-support, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity.
