I offer both in-person and online sessions, providing a safe, welcoming space where you can pause, reconnect with yourself, and find balance.
How I Work
Alongside clinical support, I guide people through emotional habilitation and rehabilitation pathways, aimed at restoring mental health and overall well-being. I also offer emotional education and empowerment programs.
In some sessions, I integrate embodiment-based approaches, recognizing the body as a vital resource for emotional awareness, regulation, and personal transformation. I think that healing doesn’t happen through words alone: the body, breath, and inner awareness are essential parts of the process.
I also provide psychological guidance and coaching to help people clarify their goals, define a meaningful life direction, and navigate transitions or moments of uncertainty.
My Approach
My work is grounded in an **integrative somatic approach**, combining body awareness, mindfulness, and conscious breathing. I deeply believe in the mind-body connection: every emotional or psychological symptom can also manifest physically—and the body, in turn, can offer insights and pathways to healing.
This belief also shaped my academic background. My thesis was titled "Embodied Cognition: The Use of the Body in Psychotherapy" and reflects my commitment to a holistic view of psychological care.
Well-being and Prevention
I work not only in therapy but also in prevention and well-being promotion, helping people build healthier, more conscious lifestyles, aligned with their real needs.
