Clinical Psychologist focused on human connection and emotional growth. I guide people in exploring thoughts and emotions and support them in overcoming challenges while honoring their authenticity and unique nature.
I grew up in Athens, surrounded by a wonderful family and friends I still cherish today. Moving to Madrid at a sensitive age shaped my identity, instilling in me a deep appreciation for diversity and open-mindedness. Then back to motherland, despite a rocky adolescence, I was always trusted and encouraged to explore myself and stay attentive to my life’s callings. At 18, I moved to the Netherlands to study Psychology and have remained here, drawn by the independence and rich diversity of experiences. Now, I'm at a bit of a crossroads—should I stay or should I go? And if I go, where to? Does it even matter if it’s not forever?
As a Clinical Psychologist, I value human connection and approach my clients with love and empathy, co-creating with them a safe and lightsome environment where they can explore the roots of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe healing begins with acknowledging what is often hidden. I am dedicated to deeply understanding your experiences while equipping you with tools to make you feel more in control and cultivate self-compassion. Together, we will explore uncomfortable feelings—shame, self-blame, loneliness—emotions more common than we think, yet vital to confront for personal growth.
