Do you feel like you’re constantly striving for control, yet never quite at ease? Perhaps perfectionism, self-criticism, or unresolved trauma keep you trapped in rigid patterns of thinking and behaving—making it difficult to relax, trust yourself, or fully enjoy life. I help individuals who feel mentally exhausted, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves to cultivate self-compassion, release the weight of past experiences, and move toward a life of greater ease, authenticity, and meaning. Through a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Gestalt Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I guide clients in shifting from overthinking and self-judgment to self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and personal growth.
Having lived in Greece, Italy, and the Netherlands, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds. Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, I provide a holistic, values-driven approach to healing.
I hold a BSc in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Utrecht University. I am also a certified Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist (EABCT) through the Greek Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapies.
A little bit about me: I’m passionate about yoga and meditation, which help me stay grounded and present in both my personal and professional life. I truly value the simple joys—good company, cozy nights with family and friends, and deep conversations that wander through the mysteries of life and the universe. I admit, I’m a bit of a romantic at heart, always trying to keep my feet firmly planted on the ground while my eyes remain lifted toward the stars. I find inspiration in the warmth of the sun and the beauty of meaningful connections, and I strive to bring that same warmth, openness, and curiosity into my work as a therapist.
