Therapy is a safe space where you can meet even the most painful parts of yourself without judgment or pressure. It is your journey, guided by your own pace, and my role is to support, contain, and walk alongside you
I’m a NIP psychologist, Gestalt therapist (i.o) and experiential therapist based in Utrecht. My work is grounded in Gestalt and person-centered approaches, with a strong focus on presence, awareness, and the therapeutic relationship.
Originally from Romania, I moved to the Netherlands in 2017, a transition that deepened my curiosity about identity, belonging, and what it means to feel at home within ourselves and in the world. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Maastricht University and completed extensive training in person-centered experiential psychotherapy (Romania) as well as Gestalt counselling in the Netherlands.
My training and lived experience shape how I meet clients: with care, attunement, and respect for each person’s unique pace and story.
My approach is humanistic and experiential, rooted in Gestalt therapy and supported by integrative elements from schema therapy and body-oriented work. What matters most to me are awareness, presence, attunement, and embodiment—these guide how I work far more than any specific technique.
I see therapy as a co-created space where you don’t have to carry your pain alone. Together, we create enough safety to explore difficult emotions, patterns, or experiences at your own pace, without judgment or pressure. Many of the ways we cope, such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection, once helped us survive. Therapy isn’t about fixing these responses, but about gently understanding them and discovering new ways of being that feel more grounded, alive, and aligned with who you are.
