My approach is humanistic and experiential, rooted in Gestalt therapy and supported by integrative elements from schema therapy and body-oriented work. What matters most to me are awareness, presence, attunement, and embodiment—these guide how I work far more than any specific technique.
I see therapy as a co-created space where you don’t have to carry your pain alone. Together, we create enough safety to explore difficult emotions, patterns, or experiences at your own pace, without judgment or pressure. Many of the ways we cope, such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection, once helped us survive. Therapy isn’t about fixing these responses, but about gently understanding them and discovering new ways of being that feel more grounded, alive, and aligned with who you are.
