I work with 20 & 30-somethings who feel overwhelmed by difficult emotions, stuck in repeating relationship patterns, or struggling to make sense of painful life experiences.
I grew up in Greece and later moved to the Netherlands. Living between cultures has shaped how I understand change - not just as growth, but also as disorientation, uncertainty, and the quiet search for belonging. I work with many people who know this experience well, especially those navigating life abroad and identity shifts.
My interest in psychology is rooted in lived experience as much as academic training. I came to this work through a deep awareness of how past experiences echo into the present - sometimes loudly, sometimes in ways that are harder to name. That awareness continues to shape how I listen, but in our work, the focus always returns to you: your patterns, your story, and your capacity to change what no longer fits.
My clients often describe my presence as steady, thoughtful, and direct. I try to offer a space that feels safe enough to slow down, and structured enough that things don’t stay stuck.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy long walks, reading, and exploring new places. Simple things that help me stay grounded and connected - to myself and to the world around me. :)
Credentials:
My work is trauma-informed and collaborative. I don’t see anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or relationship struggles as problems to simply eliminate, but as meaningful signals shaped by your experiences and ways of adapting over time.
In therapy, we work on two levels that naturally overlap. On one hand, we build practical tools to help you navigate the challenges that show up in everyday life. On the other, we gently explore the deeper patterns underneath - often rooted in earlier experiences.
I aim to offer a space that feels steady, safe, and emotionally attuned, while also gently structured toward change. Warmth and empathy are essential, but so is clarity. When helpful, I will gently reflect patterns that may be keeping you stuck, so we can understand them together and begin to shift them in a sustainable way.
The goal is not quick fixes, but meaningful and lasting change: feeling more grounded under stress, relating more securely in relationships, and building a stronger, more compassionate sense of self.
I am a psychologist and founder of Healing with Konstantina, a private practice based in the Netherlands offering online therapy for adults (primarily in their 20s and 30s) and adolescents aged 14+. My clinical training includes experience in both hospital and private practice settings. During my clinical internship at the Psychiatric Hospital of Attica in Athens, I worked with individuals facing complex mental health difficulties. I later continued my training in a private practice in Amsterdam, supporting young clients with diverse psychological challenges. Alongside my clinical work, I have been involved in community mental health initiatives. I volunteered as a psychologist with IASIS NGO in Athens, providing psychological support to vulnerable populations, and served as a Volunteer Psychologist and Student Mentor with The Tipping Point in Education, offering guidance and psychosocial support to students.
