Hi, I’m Konstantina. I’m a psychologist working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma-related difficulties, and emotional challenges.
Having grown up in Greece and later moved to the Netherlands, I understand both the growth and the disorientation that can come with building a life abroad. Relocating can amplify questions about identity, belonging, and stability — especially when you’re already carrying anxiety or earlier experiences that still feel unresolved.
My interest in psychology is deeply personal, shaped by an early understanding of how powerfully past experiences can influence the present. This perspective informs my work, but in our sessions the focus is always on you — your patterns, your resilience, and your capacity for change.
Clients often describe my approach as steady, thoughtful, and direct. I aim to create a space that feels safe enough to explore difficult experiences, while also structured enough to help you move forward.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy long walks, reading, and exploring new places — small rituals that help me stay grounded and curious about the world.
