​My approach to therapy is integrative. People are diverse and their ways of facing and resolving problems vary from individual to individual. I believe feel that sticking to one fixed approach for everyone would be forced and simplistic. I work drawing from different theories and approaches - ranging from psychoanalysis to EMDR, finding what I think suits best each unique individual experience. . I offer either short term therapy - usually 14-20 sessions focused on a particular problem; as well as open ended psychotherapy where we can explore in depth the difficulties or patterns that are creating dissatisfaction in your life, or embark in a process of self knowledge that will allow you to manifest your potential in life.

I got my Psychology degree in a five year university training at the University of Buenos Aires. Following that I obtained a placement as a psychologist in a Hospital in Buenos Aires, where I worked four years in diverse areas of Psychopathology. I started then my private practice but also worked for a while as a business partner in Human Resources in a multinational consulting company. This makes me very familiar with the stresses and demands of corporate life. I worked in London in private practice with English clients and expats in London, and now I work exclusively online both with English and Spanish speaking clients. If you are based in Valencia and prefer in person, we can also arrange in person sessions.
