About me

I graduated from Psychology in Valencia and obtained my master's degree in clinical psychology in Barcelona. During my first years of practice, I worked as a social worker with different organizations helping people from all over the world that migrated to Spain. I learned about the struggles of cultural adaptation and its impacts on mental health. When I graduated from my master’s degree, I worked in the social services and It was at that time when I discovered the interconnection between our body and feelings, and most importantly, how to guide them with self-compassion and self-care through their change process. At the present moment, I work with patients struggling with clinical issues, such as anxiety, depression periods, trauma release and interpersonal difficulties. I take a mindfulness and somatic approach helping them to get back to their bodies and have a clearer view of how they feel and what they can do.
