My approach attempts to curate an individualized approach where we can collaborate together to create an ideal and integrative therapeutic approach. I draw from psychodynamic , existential , and client centred approaches. I also take into account that our culture, race, environment, and complex identities have a profound effect on how we navigate the world, so my approach attempts to honour these factors as we collaboratively create our therapeutic path. Our identities and our bodies have become increasingly politicised and we carry this with us into our day to day. Within this framework we attempt to use a decolonial lense, this considers the weight of existing in this current state of the world, especially as we begin to see things more clearly, shed how we've been trained to exist and work towards living a more authentic and honest life.
