In meiner Praxis setze ich Hypnose als eine zusätzliche therapeutische Technik ein, um Menschen dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Ziele zu erreichen und ihre Lebensqualität zu verbessern. Dabei verfolge ich stets einen einfühlsamen und ganzheitlichen Ansatz, der auf Vertrauen, Offenheit und Empathie basiert. Hypnose ist ein natürlicher und entspannter Zustand, den wir alle schon erlebt haben. In my practice, I also use hypnosis as an additional therapeutic tool to help individuals reach their goals and enhance their quality of life. I take a compassionate and holistic approach, grounded in trust, openness, and empathy. Hypnosis is a natural and relaxed state that we have all experienced at some point. In this state of deep focus and calm, the subconscious mind becomes more accessible, making it possible to initiate positive change on a deeper level.
